Getting Started

To purchase proxies:

  1. Register for an account on our website
  2. Deposit funds using one of our payment methods (credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency)
  3. Navigate to the Pricing page and select your desired proxy type (residential, datacenter, or mobile)
  4. Choose your preferred location and quantity
  5. Complete the checkout process

Your proxies will be activated immediately and available in your dashboard.

Yes, we offer a one-time free trial for new accounts:

  • Each account is eligible for one free trial
  • The trial includes 10 proxy IPs with limited bandwidth
  • Trial duration is 24 hours
  • No payment method required for the trial

After your trial expires, you'll need to purchase a plan to continue using our services.

Technical Questions

Threads refer to simultaneous connections you can make through our proxies:

  • Basic Plan: 10 threads (ideal for small-scale operations)
  • Professional Plan: 50 threads (suitable for medium-sized operations)
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited threads (for large-scale operations)

For optimal performance:

  • Start with fewer threads and gradually increase
  • Monitor your success rates - reduce threads if you experience bans
  • Use our recommended 10-second timeout between requests

Billing & Subscriptions

Our subscription renewal process is designed to be flexible:

  • Auto-Renewal: You can enable auto-renewal in your account settings. When enabled, your subscription will automatically renew using your account balance.
  • Manual Renewal: If auto-renewal is off, you'll need to manually renew before expiration.
  • Grace Period: There's a 24-hour grace period after expiration where your proxies remain active.

To renew the same plan:

  1. Go to the "Upgrade" section in your dashboard
  2. Select your current plan
  3. The new subscription period will be added to your remaining time

We offer a satisfaction guarantee with the following refund policies:

  • Full Refunds: Available within 24 hours of purchase as account credit
  • Partial Refunds: For unused portions of monthly subscriptions
  • No Refunds: For sub-daily plans or after 24 hours of purchase

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a ticket through your account dashboard
  2. Include your reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will process your request within 24 business hours

Proxy Management

Our IP rotation system works as follows:

  • Residential Proxies: IPs rotate every 5-10 minutes by default (configurable in dashboard)
  • Datacenter Proxies: Static IPs that don't rotate unless manually changed
  • Mobile Proxies: Rotate with each new connection (approximately every request)

Key details:

  • Proxy list refreshes every 5 minutes in your dashboard
  • Expect about 3-5% of IPs to change every 15 minutes
  • You can manually refresh your IP list at any time
  • Sticky sessions available for residential proxies (same IP for up to 30 minutes)
